Txikubin está elaborado exclusivamente con uvas de la variedad local, Hondarrabi zuri, muy afrutado y aromático.
Se debe de beber frío (8º – 10º).
Su grado depende de las vendimias, pero suele estar en torno a los 12,5º.
Este Txakoli de Álava, es muy apreciado, por eso es servido en importantes restaurantes de ámbito internacional.
Lo embotellamos sobre pedido, de modo que siempre se entrega con sus características íntegras, no perturbadas por un largo período en botella.
